Privacy Policy
Draft template. A lawyer practising in Kazakhstan must review this document before publication: fill in the operator's details and confirm compliance with Law No. 94-V and the data localisation requirement.
1. General provisions
This Policy describes how Densaulyq Life (the "Site") collects, uses and protects visitors' personal data. The operator is [[OPERATOR_NAME]], BIN [[BIN]], address [[ADDRESS]]. The Policy applies to every page of the Site in Russian, Kazakh and English and is drafted with regard to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and its Protection" of 21 May 2013. Effective date: [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]].
2. What data we collect
Only what the Site needs to work: your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter or write to us; your name if you provide it voluntarily; technical data — device and browser type, language, approximate region, pages viewed and time of visit; cookies required for the interface and for analytics.
We do not ask for and do not collect information about health, diagnoses or treatment. If you send such information in a message, we use it only to answer your enquiry and delete it once it is no longer needed.
3. Why we use the data
To send the newsletter you subscribed to and to understand which materials are read; to answer your enquiries; to keep the Site secure and working; to improve it based on aggregated statistics; to meet legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on your consent — subscribing, submitting a form, contacting us. In certain cases the grounds are performance of a contract, the operator's legitimate interests, and requests from public authorities within the limits set by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses essential cookies for the interface and analytics cookies for statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functions may then behave differently. Analytics data is stored in an aggregated or pseudonymised form.
6. Who receives the data
Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions: hosting, email delivery, analytics. They receive only the amount of data needed for the service and are obliged to protect it. We also disclose data to public authorities where the law expressly requires it.
Personal data of Kazakh citizens is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in line with the localisation requirement. Where a specific processing operation takes place outside the country, we put in place the safeguards required by law.
7. Retention
Your email address is kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept until the correspondence ends and for a reasonable period afterwards. Technical logs are kept no longer than security and analytics require.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Write to [[PRIVACY_EMAIL]]. We respond within the period set by law. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link.
9. Security
We restrict access to data, use encryption in transit and keep systems updated. No method of transmission or storage gives an absolute guarantee, so we cannot promise protection against every threat.
10. Children
The Site is intended for an adult audience. Materials about tobacco and nicotine are addressed to people over 21. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will delete it if we learn of such a case.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. A new version is published on this page with a date. By continuing to use the Site after changes, you accept the new version.
